A "Guesstimate" is an AI-generated opinion estimate of property value and strategy, produced by automated systems and reviewed AI-to-AI debate. It is provided for general information only. A Guesstimate is not a valuation, is not provided by a registered or certified practising valuer, and does not constitute professional advice of any kind (including financial, legal, taxation or investment advice).
You must not use a Guesstimate for any purpose that requires a formal valuation under law or under a third party's requirements, including: statutory or revenue purposes (duties, land tax, capital gains, superannuation, financial reporting), court or tribunal proceedings, family law property settlements, probate, lending, mortgage or credit assessment, compulsory acquisition, insurance, or any Australian Taxation Office requirement that evidence of value be provided by a suitably qualified valuer. We accept no responsibility for any use of a Guesstimate for such purposes.
Before acting or relying on a Guesstimate (including any purchase, sale, development, or investment decision), you must obtain your own independent advice from appropriately licensed or registered professionals, including a registered practising valuer where a formal valuation is required. If you rely on a Guesstimate without obtaining such advice, you do so at your own risk.
Guesstimates depend on data and AI systems that can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. We do not promise or represent that any Guesstimate is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose, except as required by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. If our services do not meet a consumer guarantee that applies to you (for example, due care and skill), you may be entitled to a remedy — for a Guesstimate, our liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to re-running the Guesstimate or refunding the fee you paid for it. If you acquire a Guesstimate for business purposes (not for personal, domestic or household use), our liability for breach of any guarantee is limited, to the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law (section 64A) and provided that limitation is fair and reasonable, at our option, to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again. Nothing in this section limits liability for death or personal injury, or for reckless conduct, to the extent the law does not permit.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you order is the version that applies to your order. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

A Guesstimate is an AI-debated opinion estimate. It is not a valuation. Do not use it where the law or a lender, court or the ATO requires a formal valuation. Get independent advice before you act on it. Your Australian Consumer Law rights are not affected, and if something goes wrong we re-run it or refund you.
